Ōmoi Ame Police Department (O.A.P.D.)

The Ōmoi Ame Police Department (O.A.P.D.) has the mission to establish a safe and secure environment for the residents, businesses and visitors to the City of Ōmoi Ame, as well as enhancing the quality of life by the formation of partnerships that build mutual trust due to the open and honest communication through the provision of fair and impartial police services.

Talent and Ability Placement Team (T.A.P.T) Facility

The Talent and Ability Placement Team (T.A.P.T) Facility is a facility designed for individuals that are responsible for keeping track of all publicly known supernatural individuals, as well as finding the hidden ones. Within the facility is a database where all recording are kept on file that ultimately serve as a key tool to help employers search for a specific kind of talent for their business or cause.

The Nishikaigan Hospital

The West Coast Hospital. The unfortunate place where bad news is always traveling through its halls like a lurid, flesh-eating disease, and where the ill-stricken and injured stay.

The Higashikaigan Mall

The East Coast mall. It's always a decent place to meet up with those who are otherwise difficult to associate with, or rather just a group of friends or your family.

Downtown Bars

Located near popular restaurants and stores, one would be surprised with how many bars make home in this city. We all know what a bar is, and what happens there... As they all say, nothing good ever happens after 2 am.

Downtown Hotels

Whether one has chosen to stay at a hotel due to odd insomnia, or generally needing a place to stay if visiting Ōmoi Ame, many hotels reside in this overly large city. Depending on the location, some can indeed be extremely pricey. If staying in the city, you're going to need to bring your whole bank. In the hotels on the outskirts of the city, not so much. The hotels here in the city are very luxurious and tidy. After a night in one of these babies, you'll realize that it was with the money.

The Higashikaigan Movie Theatre

The Higashikaigan Movie Theatre is quite a popular venue, here in Ōmoi Ame. Sometimes, the typical hormonal couples go to this movie theater for the additional reason that it provides the possibility of intimacy, where the dark provides some privacy (with additional privacy in the back-row wink wink). Not only does it provide privacy, but some pretty kick ass food, too. The concessions for buying snacks and drinks here often represent the theater's primary source of profit, since most of the ticket revenue goes to the film distributor (and onward to the movie studio).

Resturants & Cafes

Many restaurants and cafes are located within this city, particularly because, well, people love to eat! Many restaurants in this city are expensive, so if wishing to eat at one of them, make sure you have a decent amount of money in your wallet.

Kyuuka Park

A very depressing, lonesome place to wander into. Due to the overcast weather and constant rain, on most days the park is like an ocean, not a sliver of green insight except for the canopies of trees. Most of the grass has become plain mud, a patch of green possibly here and there. Though, on the very rare days of slight sunshine, many come here to picnic or enjoy the rare weather the day brings.

Streets and Alleys

The streets of Ōmoi Ame, busy throughout the day, desolate at night sometimes, along with interloping alleys. Never a good place to wander into when the sky is blanketing with darkness; night time is when the demons like to come out and play.

Renji's Liquor Store

A very well known liquor store due to it being around for many years, as well as the decent prices of usually high-priced top liquors. Some say it's a sin to be seen in the store, because alcohol used to be frowned upon. But now these days, people don't seem to give a damn.

Ōmoi Ame Grocery Store

The only grocery store that resides inside the whole city. For obvious reasons, many come here to basically stay alive by stocking up on fresh groceries. In each store lies a bakery and a pharmacy inside.

Boating Docks

Being the most popular docks of the east coast, not only is it the rich that keep their fancy yachts and sporting boats here, but also the city's crab boats. It's mostly active during the day from in and out shipping and trade, and then vacant by night due to night charters. Unfortunately, within these docks come bribes and secret deals for druggies and wrong doers, a typical hot spot for crime.

Higashikaigan Beach

Here is the east coast beach that is located not too far from the huge city, where very few come to dig their toes in the cold black sand and on the rare days that the sun peeks through the overcast skies above. Due to the constant rain, this beach is rather vacant most of the time.

Higashikaigan Warehouses

Typically the main commercial buildings for storage of goods in Ōmoi Ame. It's a busy strip used by manufacturers, importers, exporters, wholesalers, transport businesses, customs, and so forth, particularly being the most popular warehouse strip in the area due to the wide variety of businesses in the same area. It was built here on the coast to have loading docks to load and unload goods from trucks and boats.

Ōmoi Ame Subway Station

The largest, most popular multi-level subway station in all of Ōmoi Ame. On street level, the logo of the Ōmoi Ame subway company marks the entrance of the station, along with the schematics of the services at the station. There are several entrances for this one station, saving a lazy ass from having to cross the street.

Blackmarket

Deep within the shadiest corner of the Subway tunnels is a society of rogue's, gathered around to sell the best of what they have to offer. Looking for something you can't find anywhere else? You might want to check here.

Devil May Cry Fightclub

First rule of Fightclub; Do not talk about Fightclub. No kidding guys, this shit's kind of illegal. Make some quick money down here, punching other guys just like you in the face. This game isn't for everyone however, so keep your pansy ass away from here.

Suburban Homes

The suburban homes exists as a separate residential community within commuting distance of Ōmoi Ame. They are beautiful, affluent, quiet neighborhoods within the political boundaries of the city of Ōmoi Ame that feature trees, lawns, and single-family detached homes.

Ōmoi Ame High School

The largest and only high school around in the area, holding all students who reside inside and outside the city of Ōmoi Ame.

Grocery Stores

Due to the city being about thirty minutes away, there was no need to make any drive that long just for a trip to the store. There are three grocery stores on the outskirts of Ōmoi Ame: one north, south, and west. These grocery stores aren't as great as the one in the city, but they all have the same purpose: to provide food and goods to those who need it.

The Cemetery of Ōmoi Ame

As they all say, you can't live forever, and sometimes, the soul needs a little rest under the peaceful earth. Here is a very old cemetery, one that is kept under good maintenance and has decent security. No need to worry about visiting a dead family member only to find them gone!

Ōmoi Ame's Church

Definitely a hell hole for demons, but a utopian haven for angels! This church is very, very old, even showing the evidence of old age in its creaking wooden walls and hollow floors. But, it is still a hot spot where many gather to express their love for the lord and cherish his ways.
